This plugin was written specifically for a client who wished to manage a library of resources on his site. Resources could be PDF files, links to articles, or links to books. In conjunction with Gravity Forms, the Resource Manager allows administrators to upload documents and add links to the library. It displays the resources on pages or in widgets.
